While turkey hunters are not normally required to wear blaze
orange, all Whitewater WMA refuge hunters (including turkey
hunters) will be required to wear it during the youth deer
hunt.

The Whitewater WMA is one of the most intensely used public
wildlife areas in southeastern Minnesota. It’s a popular
destination for both turkey and deer hunters.
