Grand Rapids, Minn. The Minnesota DNR will host three public meetings on a proposal to reduce lake sturgeon harvest on Minnesota’s border waters with Canada.

The public is invited to learn more about these proposals and
provide comments on Tuesday, Oct. 21 from 7-9 p.m. at the Lake of
the Woods school in Baudette; Wednesday, Oct. 22 from 7-9 p.m. at
Rainy River Community College in International Falls; and Thursday,
Oct. 23 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at DNR Central Office, 2nd Floor,
500 Lafayette Rd, St. Paul.

fisheries offices in Baudette (218) 634-2522, or International
Falls (218) 286-5220. Comments also can be e-mailed to
