Anoka, Minn. The first big weekend of Game Fair gets under way this weekend, running Aug. 8-10 at Armstrong Ranch Kennels in Anoka. Game Fair continues the following weekend, Aug. 15-17. Show hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

Again this year the 22nd Annual Game Fair experts in various
outdoor sporting fields will present free seminars, organizations
will be represented, there will be shooting and archery events,
along with dog events, a favorite of show-goers.

Included in this year’s agenda is John Satterwhite, who’s been
dazzling Game Fair attendees with his shooting exhibitions since
Game Fair began. Game Fair also will include Dick Alford’s seminars
on turkey hunting, and “Tackle” Terry Tuma on fall fishing.

Admission to Game Fair is $9 for adults, $3 for kids ages 6-12
(kids age 5 and under are admitted free), and $7 for senior
