Stillwater, Minn. The 2003 national Pheasants Forever Open Golf Tournament will be held at Stillwater Country Club on Monday, Aug. 11. Shotgun start will begin at 1 p.m.

The tourney, a “scramble” format, will cost $700 per foursome, or $175 per individual. Hole sponsorships are available for $250.
