Aitkin, Minn. Effective immediately, the area locally know as the Reddy Creek beach, on the northeast shore of Mille Lacs Lake, will be actively managed as an Aquatic Management Area (AMA).

Camping will not be allowed within the boundaries of Reddy Creek. Traditional day use of this area will continue to provide recreational opportunities for swimming, picnicking and hiking.
