St. Paul DNR Director of Enforcement Bill Bernhjelm announced to the DNR on Friday, Dec. 20 that he is leaving the agency effective Thursday, Jan. 2.

“This is fairly routine under the circumstances,” said DNR Communications Director Dennis Stauffer. “A lot of people will be leaving state government in the coming weeks.
