St. Paul Resident Minnesota wild turkey hunters interested in hunting in the spring of 2003 must apply soon through the DNR’s computerized Electronic Licensing System.

Applications will be accepted at 1,800 ELS point-of-sale locations and must be completed no later than Friday, Dec. 6. It will cost $3 to apply.
