Owatonna, Minn. Retail and catalog giant Cabela’s will team with Outdoor News to bring a seminar on processing your own venison to its Owatonna retail locations this Saturday, Nov. 2, from 3-4 p.m.

Outdoor News’ Editor Rob Drieslein will emcee the event and Mike
Williams merchandising assistant store manager at Cabela’s and a
fifth-generation meat processor will convert a whole white-tailed
deer carcass into ready-to-prepare venison, showing the best ways
