Minneapolis Authorities recovered a body from the Mississippi River last week they presumed to be that of a man missing since a boat capsized two days earlier.

The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Department said the body believed to be Charles Maddox, 25, of Minneapolis, was found about a mile from the accident site.
