Fergus Falls, Minn. After working out of rented quarters on Fir Ave. East in Fergus Falls for more than 25 years, staff from the Minnesota DNR will have a new area headquarters in the Fergus Falls industrial park by the spring of 2003.

A former warehouse in the city’s industrial park and acreage next to it were purchased for $1.2 million. Remodeling and new construction will cost another $2 million.
