Mazeppa, Minn. Interested citizens are invited to attend an Oct. 16 meeting regarding possible expansion of catch-and-release regulations for smallmouth bass on the Zumbro River.

The expansion would include a 10-mile stretch of the river, from the Wabasha County Road 7 bridge, downstream to Zumbro Falls.
