Bloomington, Minn. Training sessions for young waterfowlers are still open, according to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Minnesota Waterfowl Association, sponsors of the training.

The course, held at the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge, are for youth ages 12-16 who have completed a firearms safety course.
