Bloomington, Minn. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Minnesota Waterfowl Association are offering a youth waterfowl hunting training program for kids ages 12-16 who have successfully completed a firearms safety course.

The course will consist of four training sessions, plus a field
day. Sessions are from 6:30-9 p.m. on Sept. 4, 6, 11, and 13 at the
Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge in Bloomington. The field
day is Sept. 8, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Minneapolis Gun Club
in Lakeville. Finally, youth may take part in a hunt slated for
