Are You Legal To Hunt In Canada?

On January 1, 2001, the requirements to carry, borrow or
purchase firearms in Canada changed. In recognition of these
changes, Outdoor News in partnership with Cablela’s is conducting a
course explaining the new laws. We have gathered experts from
Canada Customs, Canada Department of Justice, the U.S. Fish and
Wildlife Service, and Northwest Airlines to explain the
requirements to carry/use firearms and purchase ammunition in
Canada, travel on the airline, and return to the United States with
your trophies and guns. When you have completed this two-hour
course, you will have the Canadian gun application Form JUS 909 E/F
and all information needed to carry firearms into Canada.

Admission is free and seating is limited. You must register by
July 1, 2001. Contact Greg Emerick at Outdoor News 1-800-535-5191
with questions. Fax or mail your registration to Cabela’s at the
address/phone number below.
