Grand Rapids, Minn. It’s time for Minnesota youth to plan to attend one of many Forkhorn deer hunting camps available throughout the summer and offered by the Minnesota Deer Hunters Association.

The week-long educational and recreational camps include
firearms safety training and certification by DNR instructors. The
camps are located at Deep Portage Conservation Reserve in
Hackensack, Eagle Bluff Environmental Center in Lanesboro, and
Laurentian Environmental Center in Britt, and are available to kids
ages 11 through 16.

Interested youth and parents should contact their local MDHA
chapter president or they may call (800) 450-3337 for more
information. Or, visit the MDHA web site at
www.mndeerhunters.com.
