It was a little cold in the morning but that didn't stop Melody Boblitz from catching this beautiful brown trout during the mentor youth fishing day. As the day warmed up more fish were caught and released back into the chilly stream.
Conner Rockwell caught and released ( so he could catch again another day ) this 22” Rainbow trout on May 2, 2020 on a night crawler in Warren county. This is Connors first and biggest fish of the season.
Ryan Bet of Barnesville caught this 20.5 inch rainbow trout while fishing at Locust Creek on the opening day of trout season 2020. Ryan is 7 years old and was fishing with his father and grandfather. Ryan caught this fish on a piece of corn.
After his daddy had fished the blanks of the lake for two days, Nicky (age 5) asked to fish. Nick wanted to pick out his own lure and his dad helped him hook it up. Not even five minutes later, while his dad and I were looking at the radar of the impending storm, Nick calmy said "I got a fish" and we looked up to see a big musky surface. Nicky reeled the 42 inch tiger musky to the boat all by himself on the 8 pound line! I am not sure who was more excited but we all were smiling ear-to-ear!
Lee Corazzi and I won the K.B.B.C. Dick's Sporting Goods Bass Classic on 9/23/17. We competed with the top 40 qualifying teams from the circuit near Pittsburgh, Pa. on the Ohio River. Our winning limit of bass weighed 9.52#.
6 year old Madyson caught and released this 20 inch, 3 pound palomino trout, near Chambersburg, Franklin County, PA, while participating in the Mentored Youth Fishing Day on March 25th, 2017. She is a natural at fishing and can't wait until she's old enough to try her hand at hunting.

I took my four year old daughter out for her first opening day of trout season. We went to Oil Creek in Venango County. Here is a picture of Natalie with her first trout ever! She had the time of her life catching a total of eight trout by noon.
July 17, 2013, Andrew with his 28-inch Lake Trout and his sister Bella with her 22-inch Coho Salmon. The children were out fishing on Lake Ontario, Niagara Falls, NY. The day is over but again the memories live on....
45-inch Flathead catfish. I caught this flathead on the Allegheny River at Washingtons Landing Marina. It was caught on a 2lb live bluegill. I also applied for the Pa state record for catch and release.

I caught this fish using a rooster tail spinner on Opening Day at Canonsburg Lake in Washington County, PA while fishing with my dad, uncle, and cousins. This Monster weighed 6-pounds, 5-ounces, and measured 24-inches long!
