Dan Durbin hunts and fishes whenever he isn’t with his family or coaching sports for his sons Hunter and Blake. He lives in Richfield with his enabling wife, Lisa, who accepts his outdoor addiction. Jerry Davis, of Barneveld, is a biology professor emeritus at UW-La Crosse, and is an Honorary Fellow in the Botany Department at UW-Madison.
Tim Eisele is a freelance outdoor writer/photographer who lives in Madison. He has freelanced since 1969, with articles appearing in the Wisconsin State Journal, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, The Capital Times, Wisconsin Outdoor News, Woodland Management magazine and other publications. He is a member of the Outdoor Writers Association of American and founding member and past president of the Wisconsin Outdoor Communicators Association. He is a native Wisconsinite who loves to hunt and fish, and manages land in western Wisconsin.
Jim Hudson is a professional guide on Chequamegon Bay and the Apostle Islands of Lake Superior, where he life long native to the "Top of Wisconsin" as he is headquartered out of Bayfield, WI. Jim is a graduate in the field of Natural Resources and has dedicated his career to the conservation of our natural resources and the sport of fishing.
Kristen Monroe began her career selling ads for the outdoors industry in 2007. In the past few years she’s been exploring all kinds of hunting and found her true passion in life. Being a mother of two, she believes hunting and fishing are great ways to stay connected to your family. She is a freelance writer and gives motivational speeches to encourage others to spend more time outdoors. Memberships include The Association of Great Lakes Outdoor Writers, National Rifle Association, Ducks Unlimited, and the National Wild Turkey Federation.
