Susquehanna River (Columbia, Luzerne counties)
Some smallmouth bass were hitting on tubes, soft plastics and live bait.
Lake Wallenpaupack (Pike County)
Nice catches of largemouth bass, panfish, walleyes and northern pike were reported, with live freshwater herring the bait of choice.
Lackawaxen River (Pike County)
Fly-anglers were catching recently stocked trout.
Shohola Lake (Pike County)
Crappies, perch and largemouth bass were hitting in recent weeks.
Beltsville Lake (Carbon County)
Hybrid stripers were reported before Hurricane Sandy hit.
