Lawrence and Scioto counties

At Greenup dam, saugers are being caught on jigs and white grubs or by dropping minnows straight down off the fishing access walls. Hybrid striped bass have been hitting on minnows, shad, and cut baits. Channel catfish are being caught in good numbers near the Portsmouth boat ramp using cut bait and live shad.
