Catskill Fishing Report – December 28th, 2012

Not a lot of fishing happening right now, with the exception of a few diehards on some of the better weather days. That said, the Beaverkill and Willowemoc were clear and wadeable at last look. Water temps have varied from the low 30s to the low 40s. Streamers and nymphs fished in the slower water are a good choice, with some midges to be found East Branch of the Delaware is now closed to fishing. The West Branch of the Delaware was wadeable. Nymphs fished slowly are always a good bet. The Neversink is now closed to fishing. The Main Stem of the Delaware  was wadeable and floatable. The Esopus is closed.
