Catskill Fishing Report – November 29th, 2012

The Beaverkill and Willowemoc  were both clear and wadeable last week. Water temps have varied from the high 30s to the low 40s. Some small Olives are about in the afternoon, but conditions favor the nymph and streamer angler. The East Branch of the Delaware was in good shape both above and below East Branch. Small Olives were seen in the afternoon. Remember that this river is now closed above Shinhopple. The West Branch of the Delaware was wadeable at last check, with small Olives present in the afternoon.  Streamers at this time of year have proven effective. The Neversink is now closed to fishing. The Main Stem of the Delaware was wadeable and floatable. The Esopus  still has a little color.
